Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at movashopify@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will offer a full refund or a free replacement at no additional cost to you.
Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right immediately.
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
